South African musical mavericks and world-renowned traditional acapella group, Ladysmith Black Mambazo have done it again. Their latest release, “Songs From A Zulu Farm,” has been nominated for yet another Grammy Award in the category of Best World Music CD. This is their 16th Grammy Award nomination and an extra-special one in that there are only four nominees this year, as opposed to ten in previous years. Well done to them on this remarkable achievement!
Holly Meadows interviewed them recently. Read the interview.
They are currently on tour in the United States and Canada, with gigs set for Europe towards the middle of the year. Check out their tour dates here.
